With a wealth of experience under his belt, Simba understands the challenges that clients face. He's a strategic thinker with a knack for planning and a proven track record in delivering complex transformation initiatives.
Simba's passion for simplifying business models and processes is infectious, and he's always on the lookout for ways to leverage technology synergies. Beyond that, he actively engages in industry forums and is also a vocal advocate for diversity in the workplace.
Outside of Devlin Mambo, when he's not busy with his young family, Simba revels in the energy of the outdoors, revitalising himself for the next challenge.

Graeme Devlin
Managing Partner
Graeme is co-founder of Devlin Mambo LLP, and has been a strong voice in the investment management industry for over 17 years. Within Devlin Mambo, Graeme leads the interaction with the industry and our clients, alongside our compliance and governance practices.
He has a comprehensive experience in compliance, strategy, and governance over various investment business, products and their lifecycle, and the governance of distribution activity within a variety of geographies.
Outside of Devlin Mambo Graeme enjoys dog walks with his family, playing a variety of sports, and supporting his beloved Hibernian football club.

Cathy Husband
Head of Finance
Cathy looks after all things Finance and Commercial for Devlin Mambo and leads on many ICARA and Wind-Down Planning initiatives with a variety of clients.
Cathy has more than 25 years experience working within the financial services industry and understands the challenges firms have in dealing with new Regulatory initiatives and ensuring they are on the front foot. Cathy has been instrumental in helping businesses create their first ICARA framework and ensuring ongoing compliance with all regulations.
Outside of life at Devlin Mambo, when Cathy is not providing a first class taxi service for her kids, Cathy loves watching her girls play football for Hearts and Scotland and her son also play futsal for the national team, in between as many holidays as she can fit in and walking the dog!
Craig Gilchrist

Craig heads up the Engineering team at Devlin Mambo, leading the planning and implementation of new features and improvements to our suite of cloud-based software products.

With over a decade of experience in web development across FinTech, eCommerce, Education and UX research, preceded by a decade in embedded systems, Craig understands the challenges in transforming legacy manual processes to collaborative, intuitive cloud-based tools and workflows.
Outside of work, when not enjoying time with his family, Craig can often be found playing video games, and loves music, whether that's seeing live bands, listening to records, or playing guitar.
Andrew Milligan
Board Advisor
Andrew brings significant executive experience of asset management businesses and is renowned for his market insight.
Andrew has significant industry knowledge and senior experience at a FTSE 100 asset management company, he brings a strategic lens, considered direction and effective challenge to the Devlin Mambo Board.
Andrew has held an array of positions within financial services, including international economist, asset allocator and chief investment strategist, guiding fund managers and their clients globally as they took investment decisions. Andrew is an accomplished public speaker, writer, independent trustee, and continues his work for the Society of Professional Economists as a Fellow and Council member.
